Classroom Planning

Welcome to the Classroom Planning section!

Classroom Planning

This area is exclusively for material related to classroom planning that every Spanish teacher needs to get their classroom up and running for the school year. Proper classroom planning creates a learning environment which encourages student engagement and prevents gaps in lessons which could lead to discipline problems.

Each of the items found in this section are available in an easy-to-print PDF format which can be found by clicking each title.

Lesson Plan Template

This is a simple but complete lesson planning template.  You could complete one for each day and keep them in a binder with your assignments for each lesson.  This would keep everything for your entire school year completely organized.  Perfect for when you have visitors to your class because then they can look back at what was previously covered and more fully understand what they are observing during their visit.

Extra Help Log

This is an Extra Help Log.  It is a sign-in sheet for students who visit you outside of class hours to get extra help.  It’s a good idea to keep track of this so you can remember what was covered during a session and how often a student has come for help.  Some schools require documentation of all after school help sessions, this is a simple form you can use.  Just keep them in a folder at your desk and save them for the semester/year!
